Our Client’s Rave Reviews

At New England Hearing Loop, our top priority is making and keeping our clients happy and satisfied.  Our client testimonials exemplify our commitment to deliver the utmost in product and service. We encourage you to see for yourself what our clients have to say about us:

The Unitarian Universalist Association is a liberal religious non-profit headquartered in Boston. When we moved our headquarters last May into a newly-renovated mill warehouse near the waterfront, accessibility was a major goal.

We knew we wanted assistive listening systems in our chapel and another large room, but we knew next to nothing about the technologies available. New England Hearing Loop was recommended and we’re so glad we found them. They patiently answered all of our questions and helped us make decisions we’re now delighted with.

Their skilled engineers and technicians designed, installed, and tested T-coil hearing loops for us. Since renovations were ongoing, they coordinated with construction subcontractors to get the job done on time and under budget. When the loops were damaged by the carpet installers,New England Hearing Loop quickly stepped up to make the necessary repairs and to provide the documentation I needed to convince the general contractor that the problem was their responsibility.

Since then, we’ve had large-scale meetings in the chapel and our hearing challenged guest’s report that the system works perfectly.

Every interaction withNew England Hearing Loop’s great people has been a pleasure. I heartily recommend New England Hearing Loop.

I first learned about looping through the local Hearing Loss chapter, and that  New England Hearing Loop handled most of the looping in New England. I contacted them on behalf of First Parish in Cambridge. New England Hearing Loop was a pleasure to work with. They tested the premises, found looping would work well in our building, and did the job promptly. The system has been trouble-free, and I am able to enjoy the services even better than people with perfect hearing. The loops not only bring the sound right into my ears with no receivers needed, but they also shut out extraneous sounds like crying babies and coughing congregants.

Dear Shaun,

It is just over a month since the hearing loop was installed in our sanctuary and we are very pleased with the results. Members of our congregation who have hearing aids with the T-coil have become accustomed to switching to that mode and find the audio quality greatly enhanced.

Two of our members who have profound hearing loss and are unable to receive any benefit from the hearing assist devices connected to our sound system have been astonished and delighted at the results when using the receivers for the hearing loop. Just seeing the smiles on their faces when they realize they can hear the service and participate again is heart-warming.

We were also pleased that the installation was done so efficiently and professionally and fits so seamlessly into our sanctuary.

We would be pleased to recommend New England Hearing Loop to other churches considering installing this technology.

New England Hearing Loop installed has been in service for over a year now and I can say that we are all very happy with the results.  Our residents with hearing aids or cochlear implants have become accustomed to switching to T-coil mode to use the loop.  Even some residents with severe hearing loss can now feel like they are part of the particular event being held in the room.

I would recommend the hearing loop technology andNew England Hearing Loop did a nice job designing and installing the system.

It was a pleasure working with New England Hearing Loop.  They did an excellent job of presenting the product in a knowledgeable and professional manner, the install team was efficient and easy to work with and ultimately the system works completely as intended.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering implementing this in their establishment.

Hi Shaun. I am very happy with the hearing loop installation that New England Hearing Loop did for us here at Lasell Village. The loop technology is great in that residents with hearing aids with T-coils can use the system but you can also use a hearing loop receiver if you do not have a hearing aid or cochlear implant. New England Hearing Loop did a great job, the installation was seamless.

Before the hearing loop system, Barnstormers used an FM radio broadcast system. It rarely worked and when it did, we would often run out of receivers. Since the system has been installed, we have not heard a single complaint from our attendees about the system. In fact, as a user of the product myself, I recommend New England Hearing Loop and a hearing loop system to every theater. Shaun was very helpful with his demonstration and answering our questions. New England Hearing Loop was great. They delivered what they said they would deliver

We invested in New England Hearing Loop to help residents and guests with compromised hearing.  The system has been very helpful for people, increasing the activity in the Auditorium and Village Hall.  For RiverMead, the t-coil allowed us the opportunity to engage more residents in programming.  We love that.

“Our process was very methodical; we had 300 people to answer to. When we analysed the issues of the old building, the two primary complaints were that it was dark and NO ONE COULD HEAR. In our faith community there is a profound connection to both the spoken word and to music, with a lot of acapella in our programming. So, it was absolutely specific that sound was very important.” “For us, cost was important, but the last on the list of criteria—which included compatibility, accessibility, effective communication, particular knowledge of churches and blend, that is, suggestions seen as informed and knowledgeable.

Of the five companies the committee interviewed, based on this list of imperative criteria, New England Hearing Loop rated the highest, “by a LOT.” Rev. Gina says: “The greatest sense of compatibility, hands down, went toNew England Hearing Loop. And the price was right. They completely met our expectations, were very easy to work with, helped us to phase our planning (we are in phase one). Most importantly, we are wired to the nth degree for the future, and we cannot wait to work with them for the next phases. One of the things we most appreciate about New England Hearing Loop is how, in the phasing process, they helped us repurpose existing equipment so it jived with the new. What company does that? And they helped us plan carefully for the future, not just take care of immediate needs. They are terrific at problem-solving. From Day One, the resulting sound has been exquisite. Because of New England Hearing Loop we also are enjoying sound in other parts of the building, such as the function hall. With New England Hearing Loop’s help, it was easy and smart to have a system that can run independently in the Sanctuary but connect when and if necessary. And our digital carillon was installed with new horns to project sound. It plays hymns, chimes the hours and the speakers are clear and wonderful. Not long after we began to worship in our new home, one of our largest donors, told me after service that she had ‘left her ears [hearing aids] at home.’ We are the only place in town with LOOP hearing technology, and suddenly are at the vanguard, with others beginning to think about following suit. We have been able to pass along information about the LOOP hearing technology to other church leaders and in so doing have strongly recommended New England Hearing Loop. I would propose, that says it all!!”
