Overview

With every loop installation, New England Hearing Loop conducts training with your staff members responsible for the management of the system. Do you have new staff who haven’t been trained on the hearing loop system or some that need a refresher? We are happy to provide the additional training that your staff requires. Our customized training services are tailored to your specific needs.

While the products we provide are simple to use, a certain amount of guidance is necessary to ensure your team is comfortable with the equipment and they can easily explain it to your end users.

What We Provide

At the completion of a loop install, our engineers provide hands-on training with your designated staff. This interactive training is focused on the daily management of the system with the end user interface.  Many of our clients also combine additional training sessions with our testing and calibration plans.
